I've been getting sick of the kind of look "rich" people give others.
By "rich" here I don't mean all wealthy people on earth; I know there are nice ones out there and I've met them.
But there are SOME PEOPLE, on the MRT or bus or wherever else, they give you that scornful look just because you aren't dressed in labels- or in my case I'm always in tee shirts, shorts and slippers because it's just convenient. Besides, it's too hot in Singapore for me to wear jeans! -_-
Eh hello. If you're so rich: WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING ON PUBLIC TRANSPORT?!
Fuck off.
There was this other woman in the lift with me on Monday. I was waiting for the lift first. She arrived, gave me *THAT* look and stood far far away. Then the lift arrived so I got in and held it for her. She came in with *THAT* look and stood as far away from me as possible.
Uh? Am I contagious because I'm wearing casual clothes? Is being in the same lift as me going to CORRUPT you??
If you're so rich why don't you find a holier way to get to the fourth floor? Say, hire a helicopter to land right at your windowsill? Or maybe a TELEPORTER?
If you don't have enough cash for that then don't give me that patronising look the next time we share a lift.

I cannot remember *anything*
The days just flashed past for me; it has been work, eat, DotA, and sleep as far as I can remember.
Working at Cannla has been getting more fun though. I've been switching between departments in a way and it just got a whole lot more interesting.
The guys at the company are really nice too! We went for an after-work dinner together last Thursday evening.
The benefits of being the only girl:
Four BIG guys squashed in the back of a CRV.
Don't get to see that everyday do you?
I know the pictures are VERY VERY unclear but there was a space constrain in the passenger seat of the car ;)

Oh oh oh I managed to get the GEMS I decided on- the revealing eye of photography! It'd better be good cuz it's the last one I'm going to have at SP.
And I saw my freaking timetable. It's like 8AM-5PM for Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays LA!!!!!!!!!!!!! WALAO. -_-
Okay, abrupt end to this entry because I'm going to DotA.

End of 2nd week of ITP. What are we doing?
Yup. Playing Big 2 from 12PM onwards!
Losers have to drink!
Bored already. What else?

Well, we don't do this all the time. We were just celebrating A***'s last day of work! =)
We got through 2 bottles of vodka and lots of other stuff.
Our rules are simple:
< 10 cards = 1 sip
10 cards = half cup
11 - 12 cards = one cup

SuperCherry got his blazer while I tried on lots of ill-fitting dresses.

Suntec decided to have an early Earth Hour while doing something with their power supply thingy at the same time.
Poor SuperCherry had to go back to shut down the servers for his company in the evening so we decided to pop by the Career Fair as well.
Wei Leen was my evening companion because I can't go up to SuperCherry's office. (Some security shitz.)

It came with a strawberry jam thing. Yum yum!
SuperCherry came over to join us after he finished his job and had a Kwak as well. Bleurgh. I *still* don't like beer.

The Crown Prince's solemnisation.
SuperCherry was supposed to be videoing and I was supposed to be taking photos but there were lots of other people being photographers as well so we had a lot of calefares in the background.

The solemniser is a financial director or something and he added on his own personal touch to the ceremony- half an hour's worth of financial nagginess. I swear everyone at that table was going to fall asleep.

I still can't decide on which bag to buy. Grr!
We went to Ding Tai Fung on a whim for some xiao long baos.
How can one 'long' of xiao long bao be enough for us?!?!
That's why we got this to munch on as well.
Like specially marinated pork chop from somewhere.
It's not that special, but it tastes pretty good.

My turn to cook!
I vaguely remember sometime very far back SuperCherry and I had an agreement on cooking- I cook, he wash.
But because I'm a lazy ass, SuperCherry has been cooking AND washing for as far as I can remember. Which is like all the time...
So I attempted to make it up to him by cooking last weekend.
I didn't want to cook anything too risky in case I end up poisoning him as I've been out of it for almost a year (thanks to SuperCherry being such a darling), so I decided to stick to spaghetti.
Everything moves at twice the speed when SuperCherry is with me! I would have taken an hour to get everything done on my own, plus cost twice as much.
SuperCherry went with me to NTUC in the morning (because I'd so lose my temper if i went there without him) and helped me to choose the most value-for-money items... which I wouldn't have done without him around because I didn't even think of them. Hmm.
Then it was back to his house, where we had an unexpected situation- his family wanted to have some of whatever I was cooking. *gulp* What if they hate it, or I end up causing everyone to have diarrhoea?

Luckily, SuperCherry was there to support me in the kitchen! By the time I finished making the meatballs he already had the spaghetti in the pan, the soup boiling on the stove and the bread buttered and toasted.
Then I couldn't open the stupid cap for the bottle of sauce so I needed his help. Again. And while I was boiling the meatballs and sauce he managed to serve out everything in time for me to pour the sauce over it.
So was it me cooking in the end? I don't know leh. SuperCherry said I was more of doing instructing than cooking. HMPH.
My masterpiece at the end of forty minutes. I didn't take photos of the rest because it was his sister's pre-birthday dinner kinda thing. But we did like 6 people's servings okay!
I suppose everything went fine because nobody got food poisoning. So... Yes, Jerina can cook!

Stupid exam period was from 17th to 25th Feb and it was the 50% FINAL PAPER for all my modules so don't condemn me okay!
SuperCherry took days off work so that he couldaccompany force me to study or else I would so totally be mooching around on my ass doing absolutely nothing when I'm supposed to be studying my ass off. Thank you SuperCherry!
Of course, SuperCherry would never leave me to wallow in misery on Valentines' Day would he!

Post-Malaysia CNY (very backdated entry)
Back in Singapore
I finally got to meet SuperCherry after so long. T_T
We haven't been out of touch for more than 48 hours since... yeah.
So it was really horrible to be apart for so long!
Okay I shall cut the mushy stuff out. To cut a long story short, I was extremely irritable and restless without SuperCherry around me, AND I DIDN'T LIKE IT AT ALL. BLAH.
So how did I survive in Malaysia?
I spent the daytime with food and people, and the night time with books and... a hippo.
"Hi!"
That's my cute little companion whom I hippo-napped from SuperCherry's house, because it looks so cute la! I think SuperCherry is jealous of it cuz he always bullies Hippo!
More updates on Hippo's hidden talents another day when I have time! =)
Oh, how much more proof does anyone need that I'm a bookworm once they find out I finished reading the Twilight series in like one week?! I was stuck to my computer for hours on end cuz I just can't stop reading! I think SuperCherry was starting to get annoyed with me- lucky I read fast.
Now I'm considering buying the book series and SuperCherry is super worried that I'll do that and strew the books all over my bed as usual again.
I'm leaning slightly more over to the "Buy" side now than I used to because the original set costs a bomb but there's a set selling real cheap on Cannla now so... Should I or should I not? T_T
(I think I'm going to spend more than I'm earning here. Shopping while working is NOT a good thing!)
