Term 2 Intermediate 1 Pole Lesson 5!

I've been skipping so many classes!

Practice was terrible as usual, only managed my right turn-layback and then the rest of the time was spent stretching.

Routine:
While on knees- butt roll 4 times
Sexy get-up, move to left of pole
Right turn into layback, squat at left of pole
Body roll up, body roll
Spin climb, squat at left of pole
Body roll up, body roll X2
LEAN BAAAAAAAAAAAACK to the floor and shoulders on floor
Hip thrust X2, R, L, hip thrust x2
Bring feet to touch floor above head, sit up, roll over, get on knees
HEAD ROLL x4!!
Try not to pass out, get up, take a bow.
