Term 2 Intermediate 1 Pole Lesson 2!

YAY the song is Burn It To the Ground!
(Lesson 1 to be made up on Monday next week :))

Started off with some quick stretching and warm ups, then it was into perfecting routine moves!

First off- reverse stag-somethingy-front right split
Secondly- Jamella fan kick
This hurts my joints like hell so I'm going to cheat a bit by doing a left kick then right fan kick.
Thirdly- Inverts!
Can't believe I used to be so tired by inverts. :D

Routine:
Shake hips X8
Butt roll (R,L) X2
Left leg up on pole, look front, hip roll X2
Reverse stag-somethingy-front right split (2 bars)
Left leg up, kick X2
Open split, trucker
Open split, roll over to R, get onto knees
Lean back, flip hair, left leg up, hip roll X2
Sexy get-up, kick, stroke leg up, butt roll R to L
Jamella fan kick + hair flip
Invert, come down, onto knees, hair flip
