Flexibility:
I THINK my leg just went past the halfway point. To my head. While lying down. ^_^
I can just about touch my toes.. Finally!
My split while sitting is finally past the 90 degrees mark...
Almost died doing one-arm push ups, back arches, back stretching and splits training. SIGH~
New moves learnt:
Cat pounce
Pole slide
Leg stroke + hair flip
Knee spin variations
Pole change
Added dance choreography:
Gyrate
Butt shake (left 2 right 2)
Leg stroke + Hair flip
Freestyle: Vanessa/Knee spin or variation/Spin Climb
Body roll
Change pole
Kate Moss + Turnabout pose
Pole slide
Head roll
******
I need to train my lower back muscles! I can't believe my BF does a MUCH better cat pounce than I do. RAWRRRRRR. Good mornings FTW!

Beginner POLE Lesson 1 :)
Just started a new beginners' course of pole as well as flexibility! Hope that someday I will be able to blog about being in the advanced course. :D It was really really fabulous, with good work outs and stretching and of course awesome girl friends! :)
Flexibility Lesson 1:
PURE TORTURE. It's the first time anyone said I was flexible though... The class instructor was going to dislocate my leg. Maybe I don't show pain on my face anymore after Taekwondo. >.<
Pole Lesson 1 Moves Learnt:
-Sexay Pole Walk
-"Body roll"
-"Butt gyrate"
-Knee spin! (and one handed knee spins for those who can manage it :P)
-"Kate Moss"
-Turnabout pose
-Butt "Figure 8"s
-"Vanessa"
Dance routine:
1. Sexay Pole Walk
2. Butt roll
3. Butt gyrate
4. Floor moves
5. Head roll
6. Stripper jump up
7. Vanessa
I suppose the end result of the 2 months will be something like this :)
(My class girls are WAY hotter though, and that's my instructor too!)
I'm looking forward to more classes with awesome girlfriend Sunita! :D

MAPLEH MAPLEH~!!
Wahaha! Don't know why I am so high now. I am *SURE* it has nothing to do with just reaching level 110 in MapleStory. ><
Uhh, so yeah. My beloved managed to psycho me to play MapleStory again in Delphinus... and err, actually, he has made life really easy for me in here especially for levelling fast.
Let's take a look at the timeline:
Day 1- Creation to Level 8
Day 2- Level 8 to 24
Day 3- Level 24 to 30
Day 4- Level 30 to 51
*One week hiatus due to work, leveled to 53 by BF*
Day 5- Level 53 to 81 with 2x EXP
Day 6- Level 81 to 112 with 2x EXP
*One week hiatus due to going to JB, leveled to 114 by BF*
Day 7- Level 114 to 132 with 2x EXP
Day 8- Hunt for Skill Book Quest, leveled to 133 :)
Day 9- Level 133 to 140 with 2x EXP
Day 10 & 11- Level 140 to 151 with 2x EXP
Day 12- Level 151 to 154 with 2x EXP
Day 13- Level 154 to 156 with 2x EXP
So technically I took about 6-7 days to reach Level 110.
Fast right?!?!?!
I can't believe I took like 9 months to reach Level 105 in Aquila... BAH.
What an effing waste of time. It's so much more fun here!
Some more the items and potions are all sponsored by my beloved.. AWW. Thanks so much for making my damage so awesome! ^_^

Nuuuuuu! It's over! :'(
This is the job that I've been happiest at since Cannla! And it really sucks that it's over and everyone is leaving Singapore tonight. :(
I'm gonna miss everyone!
Even though it was just a short event (with shitty pay, I might add), I managed to pick up more Japanese, learnt about their products and made lots of new friends. And they invited us (Jolene and me) to work again next year! WEEEEEE!
As a sidenote, I find it unusual that in such a large and crowded place like Expo, people can recognise me after just one meeting. Do I look like an alien? :S

CommunicAsia!
Went to work at the CommunicAsia event! Day 1 was yesterday (15 June 2010) and I'll be there till Friday (18 June 2010).
What can I say... It's SOOO awesome working there! I'm working under Sumitomo Electronics and there are colleagues from JAPAN, Malaysia, Vietnam, and of course Singapore. Everyone's so so so nice, friendly, polite and awesome! Why can't Singaporeans be more like that?
Anyway, I need to whine a bit about Expo- after all, professionals from all over the world come to Expo for all sorts of events and exhibitions.
Firstly, Expo is a place with capacity for thousands and thousands of people- I bet one hall contains hundreds of staff and thousands of visitors. And there are only TWO cubicles in the washrooms located outside every hall. WTF?
Secondly, the design of the exterior of the foodcourt sucks. It is 'sheltered' from the sun but not the rain, and when it rains it causes all those tables (which number more than those inside the foodcourt) to be unavailable for use. And you can't even make it into the foodcourt from the exhibition halls without getting wet!
Thirdly (Seriously, do I even need to go on? The above two are already enough to disgrace Singapore!), the air-conditioning inside the exhibition halls are CRAZY MAD POWERFUL. It's colder than an ice-skating rink in there! I mean come on, not every exhibition or event has the PC Show kind of crowd! Can't there be any flexibility in the temperature??
With the whining aside, the tradeshow is still great fun to work at. :D
I LOVEEEEEEEE MY COLLEAGUES! :D:D
P.S. And isn't weird that I'm so used to heels that I felt better in heels today than in flats yesterday? -_-

MY HAIRRRRRRRRRR!!!!
Crap, I realised it's been so long and I really really need to catch up with my updates.
I've been really sick of having to touch up my hair colour every 2-3 months (sick of means broke, of course.....) so I decided to do it in a dark colour! My perm also tends to look shitty and messy really fast since my hair grows and straightens so fast... So I decided to have it straight again.
The above mentioned decisions of course resulted in me looking like a little kid all over again, also thanks to my dearest hairdresser giving me curved bangs along with the little kid hairstyle. DAMNIT!
I'm giving myself one month to grow back some fringe and switch to a scene hairstyle. Anyway I love my hair colour, which is violet brown with a streak of purple. But I'm guessing it will fade real fast cos of my bleached hair. Sighs~
On a side note, while my dearest was helping me pack the cupboard in my room we found *BLACK* hair in it. That's like all the way from 2008!!! *hangs head in shame*

Citi Forex Challenge!
31 October 2009
It was on freaking Halloween! Hence my non-existent Halloween celebrations last year.
Anyway I had a bad experience in 2008...
So, Citi Forex Challenge!
It was held at Millenia Walk last year (not sure about the previous years).

The usual team- Jasmine, Kai Ting, Lian Bei and me!
(I have the whitest hand as pointed out by Jasmine, LOL)

That's not us, but where the action is!

OMG! All of us got in!
(I think our teacher wasn't very happy about me and Lian Bei getting in, cuz we're not TOP TRADERS...)

YEAYEAYEA! Happy!
Oh BTW I wore a t-shirt, shorts and slippers cos it'd only be like 10 minutes if I didn't get in... and then I had to hang around for hours in MW in that attire.
-____-

Class photo!

Wrong team-mates, but because of the height problem we have to pose like that!

Free lunch!

That's us in the finals!
Spot me spot me hehehe.

Mr Cheong being so GAN CHIONG. HAHAHA.

This picture made me realise I had to do something about my hair colour....
We're looking very calm here but actually we were screaming at each other non-stop!

We didn't win anything, LAH.

Our lecturers came down to support us!
The ang mor is one of the CitiBank representatives.

So proud of our classmates, Calister and Henry for winning 3rd place!
:)
