SLAP Workshop by Bobbi!

I got to meet my idol and take photos with her!! I'm lazy to upload the pics though :P I went totally gaga when I managed to talk to her, I went like "OMG YOU ARE SO AWESOMEEEEEEE I WATCHED ALL YOUR VIDEOSSSSS!" *starry eyed*

..... Diu lian to the max. Haha!

Anyway, the workshop was really different even from the warm-up. It was tougher than usual, I got tired before we even reached halfway through the warm up! And I realised Bobbi's taste in music is the same as mine.. Awesomeee!

The workshop was an ADVANCED strip and lapdance (I didn't know that would happen when I signed up, I almost died seriously) so..... I now have a total count of 20 bruises and almost sprained my ankle, and almost broke my neck. Seriously, that's more bruises than I used to get from sparring without guards! Pfft.

The choreography:
(With long-sleeved shirt on)
Starting from the back facing back of chair;
[Slow head roll + alternate shoulder rolls (R,L)] X 2
Face the front at left of chair;
left leg up, lower body, return + head up
(move over the back of the chair to the right and then:)
Face the back straddling chair;
wave body right to left X6 + sit and stand
face left, pose, stroke leg down, flip hair up on the way up
big butt roll from right to left, face right
Sit on chair with straightened legs;
stroke right leg down, lean back and stroke left leg down, come back up
Get up, face front at left of chair;
Pose, take 3 steps to the front of chair (left leg first);
big butt roll to the right, hit butt to the right twice
big butt roll to the left and then to the right
Close up legs and put hands up to forehead;
hit butt to the front 3 times and open up hands to sides of head each time
Still holding sides of head;
Rotate + gyrate to face chair (back facing front, in front of chair);
Right hand followed by left hand on chair (with legs straight);
collapse right knee followed by left knee (double time)
kneel facing left + hair flip
stand back up facing chair + hair flip
Rotate to sit on chair cross legged;
pull left leg up into the air (using left hand as support and right hand to hold leg)
twist around to the right with arms on chair and do a push up position;
bring butt down first then knees to the floor;
hair flip + lean back pose
fan kick to the left and roll over
stripper jump up + hair flip
Face the front behind chair;
Right hand followed by left hand on chair;
collapse right knee followed by left knee
(butt roll to the left then to the right) <- not sure about this
left leg on chair (knee over the back of chair)
butt roll
Turn left to sit on chair facing right;
close up legs and face the front while seated;
fan kick to the left and then to the right
Put knees over back of chair, lie down on chair seat and hold the floor for support;
"cycle" legs X8
"wave" legs X8
***Change of music***
Get off by sliding legs to the right,
Sit facing front, open up legs wide;
Half right head roll, half left head roll
Full right head roll X2
Pull off shirt halfway down back;
Body roll up off chair
rotate + gyrate around to face chair (back facing front)
Open up legs to chair width (R then L);
alternate butt rolls while removing shirt for 15 beats
on the 16th beat sling shirt over right shoulder while turning left to face front
(for my position in the room)
*** 16 beats free to throw/keep shirt***
***It's actually time to drag a male audience member to the chair***
Stand facing chair with legs apart at chair width;
using chair for support, kneel on floor
body roll X2
lean back pose
using left leg as support, butt roll X2
Put legs up straight into the air (lying down);
alternately loop legs from inside to out (R first) X4
open legs into V, close up left leg, right leg bends down to hit floor with foot in the middle X4
With legs still closed up in the air, move butt to the right 45 degrees;
use force of legs to sit up (forgot what this is called)
roll right, do a boob-first move onto the floor (idk what this is either)
alternate sprawling kick X4
low-boobie move back up to kneeling position (opposite of 2 lines above)
head roll

HOW TO REMEMBER RIGHT WTFOMGBBQ I KEEP SCREWING UP SOBSOB AND IM AFRAID OF FALLING OFF THE CHAIR WHEN WE HAVE TO PUT OUR LEGS ON THE BACK OF IT!!!!! BOOOOOOHOO. :(
And I don't have the strength yet to do that low boobie thing nicely. Damnit!
